We partner with PostNL and other trusted carriers to ensure your package arrives on time and in perfect condition.

Orders placed before 23:00 are usually shipped the same day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Costs

Shipping is always free on all orders, regardless of order value or destination within the Netherlands.

International shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Delivery Time

Standard delivery within the Netherlands takes 1–2 business days.

Delivery times for other EU countries may vary between 3–7 business days, depending on location and customs processing.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package.
You can track your delivery status anytime via the carrier’s website.
5. Delays
While we do our best to ensure fast delivery, unexpected delays can occur due to weather, holidays, or courier issues.

6. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@byiqra.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
We will investigate and ensure a replacement or refund is arranged.
